Chandigarh International Airport Recruitment 2026 for Executive Level and Manager Positions, (CHIAL) is a joint venture of the Airports Authority of India, the Government of Punjab, and the Government of Haryana, responsible for the operation and maintenance of Chandigarh International Airport.
CHIAL invites applications for the positions of Executives and Managers across various departments on a fixed-term contract basis for an initial period of three years, which may be extended by an additional two years based on satisfactory performance and organizational requirements. Selected candidates will be posted at Chandigarh International Airport Limited, Mohali/Chandigarh.

Experience Requirement for Chandigarh International Airport Recruitment 2026 for Executive Level and Manager Positions
Candidates applying for Executive-level positions must possess a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Candidates applying for Manager-level positions should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in the respective field.
Age Limit and Remuneration
- Age Limit: The upper age limit is 32 years for Executive-level positions and 35 years for Manager-level positions, as of 15 February 2026.
Remuneration
The consolidated salary is ₹60,000 per month for Executive-level roles and ₹70,000 per month for Manager-level roles, with an annual increment of 5%. This amount excludes the employer’s contribution to the Provident Fund, which will be calculated based on a basic salary of ₹25,000.
Selection Process for Chandigarh International Airport Recruitment 2026 for Executive Level and Manager Positions
- Candidates who are shortlisted will be invited for an interview, with the exact date communicated to them via the email provided in their application form.
- The selection will be conducted by a Committee appointed by the competent authority.
- Selected candidates will be expected to support senior officers of CHIAL in addition to performing their regular responsibilities.
- The management reserves the right to evaluate the suitability and fitness of the selected candidate before final confirmation.
