Bajaj Finserv Scholarship Program FY 2026-27 (For Management Students)

Eligibility Criteria

 

Students must fulfil the following conditions to be considered for the Bajaj Finserv Scholarship Program FY 2026-27:

• The applicant must be studying in the first year of a full-time, two-year postgraduate programin MBA, PGDM, or PGP.
• Students from all management specialisationsare eligible to apply.
• Applicants must have obtained at least 75% marks or an equivalent CGPA/grade in both Class 10 and Class 12.
• The combined annual income of the applicant’s parents from all sources must be INR 15 lakh or below.
• The applicant must be enrolled in an institution ranked among the Top 25 NIRF-ranked colleges. Preference will be given to students studying at institutions among the Top 10 NIRF-ranked colleges.
• Children of employees working with Bajaj Finserv or Buddy4Studyare not eligible.

Preference Categories

 

Additional preference may be given to academically meritorious students from underserved or vulnerable backgrounds, including:

• Persons with Disabilities (PwD)
• Students from single-parent families due to the death or divorce of a parent
• Orphaned students
• Students enrolled in institutions ranked among the Top 10 in the NIRF 2025 rankings

Scholarship Benefits

 

The scholarship amount is linked to the student’s first-year course fee and remains applicable annually for the duration of the course, subject to meeting the renewal requirements.

Special provision: Students whose MBA/PGDM/PGP tuition fees are completely waived through a Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW) or by the government/institution may receive INR 2.5 lakh per year to help cover hostel fees, mess expenses, and other essential academic costs.

The final scholarship amount and institute category will be determined according to the approved fee structure and applicable institute classification.

Scholarship Renewal Criteria

Continuation of the scholarship in subsequent years will depend on fulfilment of the prescribed renewal conditions:

• Academic continuity:The scholar must remain enrolled in the same course without dropping out or discontinuing studies.
• Academic performance:A minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade, as per the institution’s norms, must be maintained.
• Document submission:Required documents, including proof of enrolment, marksheets and fee payment receipts, must be submitted within the specified timelines.
• Code of conduct:The scholar must not have faced disciplinary action during the course and will be required to provide a self-declaration.
• No parallel scholarship:The student must not receive another scholarship or similar financial assistance simultaneously during the scholarship tenure.
• Fund utilisation:A scholarship utilisation report, along with relevant supporting documents, must be submitted.
• Progress tracking:Students must provide regular updates regarding their academic progress and supporting documentation.
• Progress reports:Monthly or quarterly reports of around 300–400 words may be required, covering academic progress, skill development, co-curricular and extracurricular participation, club or committee responsibilities, achievements, events, volunteering/seva activities, initiatives, professional development, challenges and key learnings.

Exceptional requests for renewal may be reviewed individually and will be subject to the evaluation committee’s approval.

Eligibility Criteria

 

Students applying for the Bajaj Finserv Scholarship Program FY 2026-27 must satisfy the following eligibility conditions:

• Applicants must be studying in the first yearof either a full-time 4-year undergraduate or 2-year postgraduate
• For E./B.Tech., eligible specialisations include Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, Data Science and Statistics.
• For E./M.Tech., eligible specialisations include Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, Data Science and Statistics.
• Students must have achieved at least 75% marks or an equivalent CGPA/grade in both Class 10 and Class 12.

For eligible M.E./M.Tech. students who receive the AICTE Post Graduate Scholarship through a valid GATE score, the applicable AICTE stipend can continue as per AICTE rules. The INR 1.5 lakh annual scholarship for eligible students admitted through the regular admission route will be provided in addition to the applicable GATE stipend, wherever applicable.
