CONCOR Recruitment 2022: Concor recruitment 2022 has advertised vacancy for the post of Chairman & Managing Director (CMD). Interested applicants are invited to apply for the vacant position before the expiry ie. 12th January 2023. Presently the position is occupied by the V Kalyana Rama, his last working day is 30th September 2023 which means the selected CMD will be able to occupy the position from 1st October 2023.

The Chairman and Managing Director is the Chief Executive of the Company, the CMD reports to the Board of Directors and Government. The responsibility of CMD is to provide leadership and overlook the functioning of the corporation, other than this the CMD id also responsible to achieve it vision and mission and increase its performance.

Remuneration Rs 2, 00,000 – Rs 3, 70,000 (IDA)

Concor recruitment 2022 Age Limit

  • Minimum age limit is 45 years and the age of superannuation is 60 years
  • The minimum length of service required in the eligible scale will be one year for internal candidates, and two years for others as of the date of the vacancy.

Concor recruitment 2022 Employment status

The applicant must, on the date of application, as well as on the date of interview, be employed in a regular capacity – and not in a contractual including tenure/ad-hoc capacity – in one of the following:-

  1. Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE) (including a full-time functional Director in the Board of a CPSE).
  2. Central Government including the Armed Forces of the Union and All India Services
  3. State Public Sector Enterprise (SPSE) where the annual turnover is *Rs 5,000 crore or more.
  4. Private Sector in the company where the annual turnover is *Rs 5,000 crore or more.
Preference would be given to candidates from listed companies.

(*The average audited annual turnover of three financial years preceding the calendar year in which the post is advertised shall be considered for applying the approved limits)

Concor recruitment 2022 Educational qualifications
  • The applicant should be an Engineering graduate or Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant or Post Graduate or Graduate with MBA or PGDIM from a leading institute.
Concor recruitment 2022  Work Experience
  • The applicant should possess cumulative experience/ exposure for at least five years during the last 10 years in Finance/ Business Development/ Operations/ Marketing in a large organization or establishment.
  • Experience or Exposure in Transport or Logistic Services will be an added advantage.

Note

  1. Applicants from Central Government / All India Services should be holding a post of the level of Additional Secretary in the Government of India or carrying an equivalent scale of pay on the date of application.
  2. Applicants from the Armed forces of the Union should be holding a post of the level of Lt. General in the Army or equivalent rank in Navy/Air Force on the date of application.
  3. Applicants from State Public Sector Enterprises/ Private Sector should be working at Board level position on the date of application.

Duration of the appointment

The appointment shall be for a period of five years from the date of joining or up-to the date of superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
