Introduction 2022: EPIL recruitment 2022 has announced vacancy for the position of Chairman and Managing Director (CMD). Interested candidates can apply for the job before January 10, 2023. The position will be available from 1st October 2023; presently DS Rana is the CMD of EPIL and will occupy position until then.
The CMD is the Chief Executive of the company and is accountable to its Board of Directors and Government/ Shareholders. He/She is responsible for the efficient functioning of the company for achieving its corporate objectives and performance parameters.
EPIL Recruitment 2022 Pay scale
- Remuneration Rs 1,80,000 – Rs 3,20,000 (IDA)
EPIL Recruitment 2022 Age Limit
- Minimum age limit is 45 years and the age of superannuation is 60 years
- The minimum length of service required in the eligible scale will be one year for internal candidates, and two years for others as of the date of the vacancy.
Employment status of the candidate
- The applicant must, on the date of application, as well as on the date of interview, be employed in a regular capacity – and not in a contractual/ad-hoc capacity – in one of the followings:-

Educational Qualifications
- The applicant should be Engineering Graduate or Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant or Post Graduate or Graduate with MBA or GDIM from a leading institute.
EPIL Recruitment 2022 Work Experience
- Applicants should possess cumulative experience or exposure for at least five years during the last 10 years in Finance or Business Development or Production or Operations or Marketing in large organization of repute.
- Exposure in construction or industrial development or technical or consultancy service will have added advantage.
EPIL Recruitment 2022 Duration of appointment
- The appointment shall be for a period of five years from the date of joining or up to the date of superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
