Introduction: Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University Distance Education Courses is one of the renowned State distance education institutes in New Delhi, it is now known as Indraprastha Institution (IP or IPU) which was previously known as Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. The university was established with the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University Act 1998, amended in 1999 using the university was established as a state university.
The university is duly recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and NAAC with a grade ‘A’ to promote education at all levels with the goal to teach and affiliate other colleges. The vision of the university is to indulge in research work for the benefit of higher education and the community in the areas of Engineering, Technology, Business management, medicine, pharmacy, nursing, education and law.
