Selection Process

- No Written Examination: Selection will be made without conducting any written test.
- Merit-Based Selection: Candidates will be shortlisted based on the aggregate percentage of marks obtained in the prescribed qualification for the respective trade or discipline.
- Preference to Fresh Apprentices: Candidates applying for apprenticeship training for the first time will be given preference.
- Tie-Breaking Criteria: If two candidates secure the same percentage, the older candidate (based on date of birth) will be ranked higher. If the tie still persists, the candidate with higher Matriculation marks will be preferred.
- PwBD Reservation: Eligible PwBD candidates who have availed relaxation in qualifying marks will be considered against reserved vacancies as per merit within their category.
- Document Verification: Candidates shortlisted through the merit list will be invited for document verification, tentatively scheduled from 27 August to 3 September 2026.
- Medical Examination: Shortlisted candidates must successfully clear the pre-engagement medical fitness test.
- Final Engagement: Appointment letters will be issued only to candidates whose documents and medical fitness are found satisfactory.
