  1. Application furnishing a comprehensive bio-data including name, father’s name, date of birth, caste, postal address, qualification, E-mail address, mobile number and experience (covering organization, position held with areas of responsibility and emoluments drawn) supported by attested copies of documents along with “No Objection Certificate” from the present employer and two copies of passport size photograph in a sealed envelope superscribed with “Application for appointment to the post of ……………….. on deputation” should be sent to Joint Secretary(Deputation)/Railway Board through proper channel for approval of the Competent Authority in Ministry of Railways. Only those applications which are forwarded by Ministry of Railways shall be considered by KMRCL.
  2. All applicants shall apply through proper channel and shall produce a “No Objection Certificate” from the present employer at the time of interview.
  3. APAR’s grading for the last five years to be attached.
  4. Applications received late/incomplete in any matter will not be entertained.
  5. Last date for receipt of application is 30 days from the date of issue of notice. Applications received after 18:30 hrs on 16.05.2025 will not be entertained for whatsoever reasons.
