WAPCOS Limited Recruitment 2025 for Multiple Positions, WAPCOS Limited, a Mini Ratna-I public sector enterprise and an ISO 9001:2015 certified organization, is seeking to engage qualified Experts on a fixed-term basis for its prestigious assignments, including:
Sunderban Upper Delta Climate Resilient Development Project
The positions are project-based and span multiple technical domains. Details of the required experts and their deployment locations are as follows:
Water Resources Expert – 1 position (based in Delhi)
Team Leader cum IEC (Information, Education & Communication) Expert – 1 position
Water Resources Experts – 4 positions (2+2 stationed in Kolkata)
Mathematical Modeler – 1 position (based in Nadia, West Bengal)
Quality Checking Experts – 2 positions (one each in Kolkata and Siliguri)
IT Experts – 2 positions (based in Kolkata)
Documentation and Knowledge Management Expert – 1 position
MIS Expert – 1 position (based in Kolkata)
Draughtsman – 4 positions (2+2 based in Kolkata)
Design and Multimedia Expert – 1 position
Data Management cum GIS Expert – 1 position (stationed in Kolkata)

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with PG Diploma/Certificate in Management/IT Development
At least 7 years’ experience in civil engineering projects, with exposure to MS Office, IMIS, and other relevant software

MIS Expert (1 – Kolkata)
B.E./B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science/IT
At least 8 years’ experience in evaluating software/hardware and rolling out applications, including programming

Draughtsman (4 – Kolkata)
ITI Degree or equivalent
Minimum 10 years’ experience in AutoCAD for civil engineering, preferably in water resources, drainage, and sewerage projects

Design & Multimedia Expert (1 No.)
Graduate in any discipline with Diploma/Degree in Multimedia, Graphic or Web Designing
At least 6 years’ experience in creating designed reports, flyers, e-modules, web pages, presentations, etc.

Data Management cum GIS Expert (1 – Kolkata)
Graduate in Civil Engineering or PG Diploma/Master in GIS/Statistics/Economics or related field
Minimum 3 years’ experience in data collection, analysis, and report preparation

Those who are working in Govt. Departments/PSU/Autonomous bodies are required to apply through proper channel or produce No Objection Certificate and vigilance clearance certificate at the time of Interview.
Salary shall be negotiable, commensurate to qualification and experience at the time of Interview.
The post is purely temporary on fixed term basis for the duration of the Project.
Interview will be conducted to shortlist the candidate.
No TA/DA shall be paid for attending interview.
Age and experience shall be counted as on 30.04.2025.

Relevant experience will be given due weightage.
Management reserves the right to fix the criteria to restrict the number of candidates to be called for Personal Interview.
The candidate shall be engaged against above mentioned project only. However, they are liable to be posted anywhere in India or abroad as per exigencies of works of the company.
