Position: Chief Manager – Maintenance
Qualification: Incumbent must be Full time B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical) with First Class from recognized Institute/University.
Experience: Around 20 Years of Post-Qualification Experience in Plant Maintenance of large industrial organization.
Age Criteria: Around 20 Years of Post-Qualification Experience in Plant Maintenance of large industrial organization.
Job Location: Around 45 Years Location will be either at Bharuch or at Dahej Unit; however, recruit may be placed at any other department/unit/depot of the company.

As a Chief Manager (Maintenance), the incumbent needs to drive the overall maintenance strategy to ensure smooth operation and upkeep of machine & equipment to support organization wide facilities and continuous production.
Remuneration :
The selected candidate will be taken on Company’s Regular Grade GREO-04 and the existing CTC of Grade GREO-04 is Approx. Rs. 26.16 Lacs per annum. The CTC revision is due in July – 2026.

- Candidate should be conversant to HRMS, ERP modules, preferably SAP system.
