Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must possess a full-time B.E./B.Tech degree in the relevant engineering discipline from a recognized university or institution. The maximum age limit is 28 years as on 14 August 2026 for General and EWS candidates. Age relaxation will be provided to reserved categories in accordance with Government of India norms.
Salary and Benefits
Selected candidates will undergo 52 weeks of training and receive a monthly stipend consisting of:

Upon successful completion of training, candidates may be absorbed as Engineer Grade-II with a pay scale of ₹50,000–₹1,60,000, along with VDA, performance-related pay, HRA or company accommodation, medical facilities, provident fund, gratuity, and other admissible allowances.
HAL Recruitment Selection Process
