The appointment is purely temporary for Academic year (Aug. 2025 to May 2026) or till the regular incumbent joins whichever is earlier.
- The candidate will have no right or claim for continuous employment or permanency in the future based on this temporary appointment.
- All candidates must fill out the online application form and upload essential/relevant original documents (mark sheets/degree certificates from matriculation onwards) through the link:

- The last date to submit the online application forms is 19/05/2025.
- The qualifications/experience etc. for the above-mentioned posts will be determined as on the date of Interview.
- The Institute reserves the right to fill or not to fill the posts.
- Reservation shall be considered as per the norms of the Govt. of India.
- Candidates attending the interview in walk-in mode must report sharp at 10:00 AM on the day of the interview, at the Conference/Committee Room, Admin Block, NIT Uttarakhand.
- Candidates attending the interview in online mode will be informed about the reporting time via email by the concerned Head of the Department.
- Candidates will have to appear for the Walk-In-Interview at their own cost at Srinagar Garhwal, Uttarakhand.
- Candidates are required to come prepared for a 5-10 min presentation on a topic relevant to the post applied.
- The Institute reserves the right to reject the candidature without assigning any reason.
- The selected candidates will be required to join immediately.
- The decision of the Competent Authority will be final in the matter of selection.
- Any dispute regarding recruitment will fall under the jurisdiction of District Pauri Garhwal.
